This includes background research, program design and supporting documents.

Detailed grant oversight and reporting is vital to ensure continued funding from donors. AM Grants Consulting is able to assist in grant reporting and management, including outcome measurement, data collection, and ensuring donor compliance.

Proposal Review and Assessment
I provide substantive editing on proposals prior to submission, making sure the narrative is clear and the messaging is consistent. During the review, I also assess the proposal based on the donor’s guidelines. Having an external pair of eyes is helpful to ensure the proposal is sound.
